The processing takes place following traditional methods and using only natural ingredients, without the addition of artificial preservatives or colourings. The meat is finely minced and flavoured with a mixture of aromatic spices, which give the salami a rich and satisfying taste – with the contribution of wild boar, which gives a wild and slightly spicy note to the product.
How to use: Salamino with Wild Boar can be enjoyed on its own or with mature cheeses, white toasted bread, honey and a glass of a robust red wine (such as a Chianti or a Brunello – the complexity of the tannins and aromas of the wine goes well with the strong flavour of this Salamino).

How to preserve: the product is sold under vacuum. Once opened, if it isn’t possible to put it under vacuum again, it is important to keep the Salamino in the refrigerator, wrapped in baking paper or a cotton cloth. It is possible to store the Salamino for several days, but it is advisable to consume it within a week of its opening, to ensure that you enjoy it to the best of its organoleptic qualities.
