Description: Viola – Belgian Strong Ale is produced with an artisanal method, unfiltered and unpasteurised. It has natural sediments. Viola is an amber beer with coppery reflections. The aroma is sweet, with hints of honey, ripe fruit, banana and ripe pear. The taste is warm and enveloping, delicately citrus, with an almost imperceptible bitterness. Hops: Perle, Styrian Golding, Cascade.
Pairings: Viola – Belgian Strong Ale is ideal with aged and blue cheeses, as well as with roasts and stews. Great also in combination with fruit tarts.
Service Temperature: 8-10°
Alcohol: 6.5% vol.
