Description: produced with an artisanal method, unfiltered and unpasteurised. It has natural sediments. Light beer, with pale gold reflections. The aroma is delicate, fruity and floral, slightly spicy. The taste is fresh, light, with a sweet note of malt and citrus and a very contained bitterness. Hops: Perle, Styrian Golding, Saaz.
Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, with white meats and fish-based dishes. With its slightly spicy taste it will enhance the flavour of all your recipes.
