Description: produced with an artisanal method, unfiltered and unpasteurised. It has natural sediments. Amber beer, produced with the addition of freshly squeezed white grape must with spontaneous fermentation. The grapes must gives the beer a particular taste, with fresh and fruity notes typical of white wines, while the spontaneous fermentation gives it a pleasant and elegant acidity.
Pairings: fermented in French oak barrels, which have hosted Pineau des Charentes for decades, IGA is well suited for ageing – increasing the complexity of aromas and the harmony of flavours, making it ideal for pairings with Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses that have a decisive taste.
