Our Founder

Edoardo is a former Strategy and Innovation Adviser, as well as a Visiting Professor at ESCP Business School.

His journey began in rural Tuscany, where he spent his formative years before venturing to Milan and London for higher education and to start his career. Since then, his desire has always been to harmonise his appreciation for the natural beauty and authenticity of countryside life with the vibrant, fast-paced energy of city living.

As a traditional gastronomy enthusiast, Edoardo eagerly explores the countryside, seeking out hidden and lesser-known gems still untouched by mass tourism and standardisation. His excitement lies in sharing this passion and quest with like-minded individuals, offering them exceptional and uncommon culinary experiences that bring moments of joy to their lives.
