Delivery Times

For in-stock products, estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK: 1–2 working days

EU: 2–6 working days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs procedures, peak periods, adverse weather or other logistical issues.

Free delivery is available on eligible orders over £150, where indicated on the Website or at checkout.

DeliveryConditions

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, loss or deterioration resulting from:

incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

the recipient not being available to accept delivery;

failure to collect or receive the parcel promptly; or

Once the order has been delivered, or delivery has been attempted in accordance with the courier’s procedures, responsibility for proper storage and handling of the products passes to the customer.

Food Products, Storage andAllergens

Our products are food items and should be stored, handled and consumed appropriately.

Returnsand Refunds

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit or refund at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

delays outside our reasonable control;

minor variations in packaging or presentation;

products that have not been properly stored after delivery; or

dissatisfaction based on personal taste or preference.

Rightof Withdrawal
