DELIVERY LOCATION: Deliveries are available across the United Kingdom. For orders outside the UK, please contact us via the Help page — we will be delighted to assist in arranging your order and coordinating delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES: In-stock products are typically delivered within 1–2 days from the order. For items not immediately available, timing may vary depending on rarity and seasonality. After ordering, customers will receive an email to schedule delivery at their convenience.

SALE OF ALCOHOL: Alcohol can only be purchased by customers aged 18 or older. Recipients who appear under 25 must provide photo ID in accordance with the ‘Challenge 25’ policy.
